Pirate Party Activities and Party Favors

All projects are Skill Level "1" (Easy).

Pirate parties are one of the most popular themes for boys and girls. Bijoux in a Box has some great pirate themed projects.  Or, if your party doesn't lend itself to an activity, consider buying a kit or two and making awesome party favors for the goody bags!

Jack Sparrow's Hair Beads: Straight off Johnny Depp's head, this project enables would-be pirates to create a strand of glass and wooden hair beads complete with pirate charms.  It comes with bobby pins to hold the hair beads in place during the party plus a clip to convert it into a zipper pull when the party is over. The Hair Beads kit costs $28 and makes 4 strands of hair beads/zipper pulls.

Pirate Charm Necklace:  Start with some suede cording, a pirate charm, add some coordinating beads, make a few knots and you are good to go!  This kit costs $22 and makes 4 necklaces.

Treasure "Cage" Bracelet: Create your own treasure by stuffing a treasure "cage" full of beautiful beads and the stringing the cage on a soft loop of sueded cord.  The Treasure Bracelet kit makes 4 bracelets and costs $24.

Key Chain with Pirate Charm: This kit comes with key chains, pirate charms and coordinating beads.  It costs $22 and makes 4 cool key chains.

Zipper pull with Pirate Charm: a smaller version of the Hair Beads, this project makes a striking zipper pull with a definite pirate flair. This kit comes with everything needed to make 4 amazing zipper pulls including pirate charms and coordinating beads. The Zipper Pull kit costs $22.

As with all our kits, due to frequent inventory turn-over, the materials shown in the pictures are examples only.  While the actual materials in your kit will vary, we guarantee that they will be beautiful!
